Oddly enough rec release is faster than mycourt bro. If you want to match the release speed of mycourt in rec move the slider in your jumper 3-4 times towards release to make it slower

7'3 Center, Max wing span, 90 interior 88 block. During a game yesterday, my center went for the cleanest block I've seen in this iteration. Needless to say, he swatted the ball and it teleports in the opponents hoop for 2 giving them 19. I never closed a game so fast, and please be assured, 2k will be on the shelf for a week or two. Way to much frustration when playing the game, plus too many games out to waste time and sanity.

2K25 is the first game I took a break from since 22 Next Gen. I got out the dusty 360 and started playing the older Halo games, and I have no plans on returning until 2K26. It feels refreshing to play a game free of the grind and dealing with cheaters and a CPU that cheats with flawed animations and a shot system that works against you for "realism". A break is necessary from this game, y'all gotta play older 2k's or different games all together, it's destroying y'all mental health being stressed so much. ✌ Thank you, Mike Wang, the trailers baited me hard NGL, but in old 2k fashion, y'all drop the ball hard for the actual game.

I enjoy rhythm shooting and I like the rep rewards (even tho I won’t reach half of them as a play with randoms 99% of the time). The city is nice, but I’m tired of being on the beach lol I wanna be in the city city personally. I enjoy the mycareer key games and the off season activities. And I believe those are my only positives. Personally my positives are definitely being outweighed by the negatives. Some days I wanna play rec but don’t have the energy for randoms PLUS 2k fighting against me. In 24, I could deal with the randoms because the gameplay wasn’t actively working against me. It would be one thing to have a full squad with chemistry and play against 2k, but for a lot of people that only have randoms, this game sucks lol.

Ayye from another 25+ year player. I got back on my playnow online grind. I forgot how fun it is. After u run through like 40 quitters. U get to the levels where nobody quits. All the games come to 4th qtr or overtime. Plus watching the NBA over the years gives me a upper hand. Knowledge of who can shoot and/or defend on all the teams is a major plus. I love rocking with the old teams too. Not gone lie they finally got that mode almost perfect. Probably never playing mycareer again. Myteam cost so much they tripping wit that bs

Why do ppl keep making inside bigs and don't set screens, can't stick no one on the screen, then they'll run into the paint covered expecting the ball, I throw it down just so they go up on two defenders, I can't create because I'm getting doubled then I'll pass it to the open guy just for them to miss. It's just so frustrating, you can't steal the ball on demand when the ball handler is dribbling in your face or through you. The RNG makes steals for you RNG makes jumpshots for you it predicts who's getting the loose ball, this game is horrible. I shoot on high risk I've used every base to shoot Iverson patty Cam Thomas Kyrie but the one that's most consistent for me is Steve Nash believe it or not. It's crazy I'll load into the park and all you see is 90+ ball handlers running behind screens weak skill IMO. I'm not a 80 win% guy 55 win% because the majority of games I play we're outmatched because of 99 rebounding and 99 3 ball. I'll play good defense only for the screen to get in the way for no skill players to think they're good SMH.

2K25 is cooked. There’s absolutely NO chance of saving it. I only play a few games once a month only because I have a large group I play with. I went back to 24, but the problem with that is I have to play with randoms. This game definitely killed the last amount of love and hope that I had for this franchise. Until I hear that Mike Wang is no longer in charge then I might consider returning. 25 was make or break for 2K and it definitely broke them.

Shooting should NEVER BE TOUCHED, shooting should NEVER BE CHANGED. Timing on jumpshots should always remain the same. It should remain as timing the released, based on a player's shooting motion in real life. The shot timing needs to stay like the old shot timing.. There is no need for a game coming out every year, with a new shot timing. It makes no sense. It's NOT that much to know and understand about timing a shot. That even translate to real life shooting, it is NOT that complicated smh. Only things that can change and improve in a basketball game. Is bettering the realism on the game, like gameplay. These are things that 2k should be trying to mainly focus on. Like the out of control animations in the gameplay. The bigman moving out of position, once they catch the ball in the paint. The driving out of bounds out of your control at the baseline. Defense needs to be revived as well, because in 2K25. It's non existence. Ball handling mechanics, need to be more fluid and NOT DELAYED... There's no reason that you should be moving the right analog stick and the ball handler is dribbling, a couple seconds delayed.

Let me give you some game, bro. I’m not the biggest fan of this one either, but I’ll tell you what that Patty Mills jumpshot is absolute ass anything with a C timing stability is ass. You will be better off with Kyrie Irving face the main difference in shooting this year besides for the RNG makes and Misses. Is the fact that timing stability is probably the most important thing on your jumpshot the higher you’re having stability is easier you really will be time. Of course you’re gonna miss your green window with a speed look for something like a B+ or higher and you will have a much easier time jumpshot I promise you
