Fantastic. I've never done the whole soaking thing but I will definitely give it a crack. I'm lazy and have only ever placed the seeds on a papertowel, then folded it over, left to dry, then popped in a zip lock bag (newbie tip: Write on the bag what they are: ask me how I know). I cut the seeds out when I go to plant - maybe 1cm sq, and pop that in my raising mix. I've had reasonable success with germination, 80% maybe? I don't really know what I'm doing, but it's better then work.

Sometimes it's all about trial and error! I've heard lots of varying things about what to do or not to do ... but hey whatever works lol!

I just spread mine out onto a paper towel to dry then put away for the next year. I have way more seedlings than I will ever use, successrate 100%. No mucking around. You just plant the entire paper Towel. I guess everyone has their own process to do things. 😊

Oh never thought about just planting the entire paper towel - no reason why not really! lol

I just chop the paper towel up to plant in smaller seed trays. I do it with all my seeds. Just when you harvest them from the tomato etc... just spread out with your finger. Literally a 5 sec job. 😁
