Steps:
To save a website to your favorites, open Safari and open the website that you would like to save to your favorites.
Tap ‘bookmarks’ from the top left menu bar of the Mac.
Choose ‘add bookmark’ from the options.
You can also use the shortcut ‘command and D’ to save a website to favorites.
Make sure that it says ‘favorites’ at the top here, if it doesn't then tap on whatever it says and go and select favorites.
You can change the website name and add a description if you like.
Tap ‘add’.
That website will now be added to your favorites.
If you aren’t on the Safari home screen, you can quickly access your favorites by tapping ‘bookmarks’ from the top left menu bar of the Mac.
Then hover over favorites, and choose the website that you would like to open from the sidebar.
