Saying "Happy Birthday" can be expressed in formal, standard, or informal ways. You need to choose which version you'll use depending on who you're greeting a "Happy Birthday" and how formal or polite you want to be.
Practice saying this phrase during the pronunciation section to make sure you are comfortable saying it correctly. It'll be useful if you're living in Korea or if you have Korean friends.
This phrase is one of the standards and the most common way of saying "Happy Birthday" in Korean. You may hear other people simply saying 생일 축하해 (saengil chukahae), but this is informal and shouldn't be used unless you're greeting someone younger than you or someone very close to you like your friends. Hello! What you have wrote is great, and it's in polite speech so you can still use it. If you want to sound informal, you can say "현진이에게는 응원하는 팬들이 있어. 그러니, 항상 행복하고 건강해" instead.
