Does this mean that we could and should manually turn off the ads at the times that people is a sleep and don’t buy and then turn it on during the times we sell more?

Both Scale Insights and Pacvue will automatically reduce exposure during unprofitable times. I would not suggest you should manually be turning on and off campaigns.
