Thanks for the video.There are missing info you have not tackled and as a newbie I find it hard. 1. The database creation, you need to match it with the scrape data. right? 2. The Design Interface. How did you managed to connect it with the API? 3. You did not show how to store scrape data to the database which is the most important part I believe. Nonetheless its a good video.

Thanks for the video. What if you are scraping tiktok or instagram, and u want to find posts after a certain date and return their number of likes, comments, views etc (all displayed on the webpage).

You'll either need to use an official API or find a webpage with a structure you can train a web scraper on.

You can take results out of a API workflow action by adding a Create new thing step after the scrape action.

@@planetnocode I don’t know but it would be nice to see similar video with little bit more detail. Can you show how to web scrape some kind of selling website (like Craigslist or some local one of yours) the info to scrape is the listing details(title, photos, description ect) AND put (somehow) that into repeating groups listing. The idea is a functioning app with selling listings from other websites (for start)

Do you mean if you provide a company's domain name you can extract email addresses within the company? Or are you referring to scraping mailto: links from a webpage?

I'm trying to create some logic between bubble, a Web scraper and chatgpt so we can automate a process that builds email lists for us in certain areas then emails them an intro etc

you dont explain on step 3 on the workflow why you go on data and from where come "type: website"

So that I can store the response from the API I have created a new Data Type called Website. This allows me to using the Create a thing... workflow action and save the response to my database. Does that answer your question?
