Glad you like my videos, thanks! My pleasure to help out. The bench press was deliberately placed this way so the tee shirts will load onto the pallet like a real floor press. I put the counter weight on because I use this unit for demos where people print their own shirt on this bench press. It's a safety precaution as the fulcrum point is not too far off center. It really doesn’t need it but I wanted to make sure. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

If you move the press all the way to the back of the saw horse so that when you press on the platten it is over the front leg you wouldn't need the brick. By hanging it off the front you have created a teeter-totter effect where the front leg is the fulcrum. I really appreciate your videos, I have learned much. Thank you.

In my opinion yes, that would be pure insanity. You can’t remove the tee shirt from the pallet. You would have to line up each screen to the shirt for every shirt. When the emulsion has ink on the screen you can’t see well enough to “eye ball” it and line the colors up. Trust me it’s not practically doable. Thanks much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠
