I think other than these tips and tutorials, you have to buy her pattern for the details. I can't afford to, so I just watch all the freebie stuff and then do another search for free videos on the hood etc.

In this tutorial, the edges of then front don't match in the center with the edges of the back. So, you have a gap. I don't have this gap. The written pattern I purchased says to stitch the back seam first, which I did. My edges meet in the center. I can't imagine that I should seam the sleeves all then way from elbow to the front edge. But, nowhere does it state where to stop. It's like the back of your example here is bigger than the front. I'm so confused now :(
