Throw water on it then let it dry on the tape not the briad then u slide it off it might be hard ya

So do you braid the mane just to protect it? Or is it something you just do for shows or competition? I want to braid my horses mane but she’s just a farm horse. Stays out in the field, rarely ride her, would braiding the hair have any negative effects?

My horse is an Andalusian X TB and unfortunately got more of the thoroughbred forelock. His tail is massive, mane about 7/10. But I can’t get his forelock to grow below his eyes 😔 any tips? Or is it strictly genetic?

I should add: Ive been using bio mane for 4 months and no growth to the forelock. Very pleased with the mane and tail growth though, especially the tail. I’ve seen about 3-4 inches at least… I wish I had measured it but kept putting it off and never got around to it.
