Bhaiya koi book batao jo SPM design sikhaye?? Aur agar different types of industry ki desgining sikhni ho to kaise sikhe??
@mastermechanicaldesign Жыл бұрын
Hi Dev, Sadly aisa koi book mujhe aaj tak mila nhi.. Na hi koi online resources, Aur College ki books itna helpful nhi ho pata specific Industrial machine design ke liye. Upar se SPM design pura mixture hai pure mechanical ka, physics ka, electrical ka, control system ka. CAD software ka, GD&T ka, Analysis ka. Isliye ye channel se help krna chahta hu beginner aur experience designer ki.
@devattri9972 Жыл бұрын
@@mastermechanicaldesign Ohk thanks, Nice way if promoting your chanel 😂😂. Just joking love your lectures. I have 2 yr of experience in Blister manufacturing design, so if u find any project related to that and find me suitable, please refer me (no fee for u). Currently i am learning 3D printing. Any tips will be very helpful.
@mastermechanicaldesign Жыл бұрын
Channel promotion 😂😂. No seriously there are tons of tutorials on CAD software and 2D to 3D design, reverse engineering. but no teach How to actually design something useful. What after learning CAD software. 3D printing tip: I have never worked on 3D printing. I guess it is an ART, more than engineering. I will definitely work on it

Dear Sir, greetings! I am building an equatorial mount that will support a telescope tube (~90kg); the transmission will consist of: shaft - large gear with 285 teeth - worm gear - then a 64-teeth gear - 25-teeth gear - motor. My goal is to eliminate the last two gears (the 64-teeth and 25-teeth gears) due to backlash and connect the motor directly to the worm gear shaft. I have found a Leadshine 3.2Nm servo motor with a 23-bit optical encoder! This results in the following resolution: 285 x 2^23 = 2,390,753,280 = ~0.000541 arcsec! I am interested in the following: is it possible for a motor with such characteristics and manufacturer (Leadshine ELM2H-1000LA80F - 220VAC, 1000W, 3.2Nm, 3000rpm, 23-bit optical encoder) to achieve this level of precision? What would your recommendations be? Thank you in advance!
@mastermechanicaldesignАй бұрын
Yes, eliminating the number of gearboxes always gives higher accuracy
@TheCuclaАй бұрын
@@mastermechanicaldesign Thanks for the reply. Do encoders (23 bit) really provide that precision?
@mastermechanicaldesignАй бұрын
Technically it will provide 2^23 times resolution, which is like infinite precision.
@TheCuclaАй бұрын
@@mastermechanicaldesign Such precision...That's fascinating! Thank you very much!
