How to select proper pet food. Step 1. Have the right amount of digits in terms of IQ. Step 2. If you have the right IQ you probably have common sense, and common sense dictates that if an animal doesn’t have access to a certain type of meat or plant or can’t process it naturally then ITS PROBABLY NOT GOOD FOR THEM. Because not every species on the planet evolved to eat nearly anything that moves and anything that doesn’t. They evolved based on what their late ancestors had and what their natural environment provides in their natural habitats. For instance most animals both including herbivores and carnivores. Can in fact consume eggs EVEN THE SHELLS for calcium. MOST animals can also consume none poisonous fresh water species of fish yes even herbivores. Many studies actually show that cattle raised on high quality fish meal have had less issues and have actually gained way more muscle mass. But since fish meal is expensive soybean meal is the current best option for cattle. Step 3. If you lack the IQ to be able to understand all that just ask someone who’s a specialist like a proper certified vet with at least a decade of experience and a good reputation.

@@desertflowerz89 sorry I know that sounded rude but some people are so stupid and don’t realise it unless you explain things for them in details. Sometimes you even have to repeat everything because they don’t get it the first time. To make matters worse people who are stupid often think they’re smart. I’m probably no exception in this regard. But hopefully the explanation I gave helped spread some common sense. Just because an animal will eat something it does not mean it’s good for them and this statement is true 90% of the time otherwise rat poison wouldn’t have worked.
