To fill the cracks in my concrete floor before I use the self leveling compound can I use no more gaps filler and then prime over the no more gap filler or do I prime the floor first then put down the no more gap

I don’t know this product. For fill up gaps I am using Planipatch. Check my videos, I have a few about it.

Great videos thank you for making them..a quick question .i have two seperate bags of leveling compound left over and I require them to finish leveling a floor. So can I mix two different brands of leveling compound they both require water for the mixture so I thought it should be ok or am I misleading my self ?

Hi, good question! I am not recommend you mix it together. Compound’s formula for each brand is different, and it will be problem in a future. Thanks

I love your videos. I’m a woman trying to do a lot of updates to my house myself. I am trying to level my lower level concrete floor that has expansion gap lines. Can the self-leveler go over it or do I have to keep those open? Thank you.

Hello, very good question! In my practice, I did many floors with this expansion gaps. I would recommend you to put wet sand or fill up with caulking because the self-leveling compound can leak there non stop and you will lose your money and time. Thanks!

What’s the maximum number of bags you mix at once? How much water per bag? After watching your videos I have leveled small rooms. The first attempt I used 5 liter per bag as per the instructions. The mix was very dense. I since have been using 5.5 liter per bag. Thank you

The self leveling compound I have says it can level up to a maximum 2cm. The floor is about and inch different in height from one end to the other. So you still have grind the floor level. The reason I ask is with self leveling you would think it does what it says in the tin? Please can you explain the purpose of self leveling. What it can do and what it can't. Limitations etc ...thanks for your good. videos

Hi, You can put compound twice, if you have more then 2 cm deep spots. I did it very often. Thanks.
