Im planning to open a flower business online , but I’m having an issue as how and what do i need to start . The OVERWHELM is a very normal part of the process!! If I could go back and start from the scratch, the very first thing I would do is get clear on what it is I'm selling I made the mistake of thinking that just calling yourself a florist is enough. But in order to make marketing + sales super simple, it's really helpful to sit down and make a plan for (1) your favourite ingredients (2) the formats you'll offer and (3) the sizes / options you'll give your customers. It's kinda like, if you thought of your flower shop like a restaurant, what is the menu your offering your customers. This one piece of the puzzle makes so many of the other things way easier (which, in turn, gets your results faster). Sometimes starting from scratch can be overwhelming especially when we have a multitude of ideas running through our head. Take a moment, grab a pen and paper and write down three things that you want to improve/change in your business and make these your priority. Once you have your three things, write down what you want each thing to look like and what you need to do to get it there. A vision board is also a great way of putting all of your ideas and visions into one place. Give this a try if you wanting to do a total revamp of your business or if your brain is holding onto too many ideas. 🥰
