Yes, WordPress has tools that allow you to handle your SEO and you can use Stripe to accept credit card payments but we do not have a recommended option for paying using a phone number :)

From taking a look, the plugin had a very recent update, if you reach out to the plugin's support they should be able to assist with why you are not seeing the same settings.

We have not tested that at the moment but you could allow in store pickup to use the gift cards for your store.
