Hi there! 😃 The Style tab is not available in the free version of our YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin, it is only available in the premium version. You can add images so users can customize the gift cards by enabling the gallery first in the General tab and then adding the categories and images as described here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/free-version-guide/gift-card-images/.
