So there a 3 major things you want to note when exploring the tools meta provides for us. There's the Meta business suite, business manager and the Ads manager. The Meta business suite is a dashboard where you can see your page performance and create new posts, etc. Ads manager is an account used for running ads, it is created in the business manager, you can also give access to this to someone if you want them to run ads for you. Business manager is a place where you can manage all your assets at one place, such as pixel, catalogs, ad accounts, pages. I'm assuming this is what you call a business portfolio.
