Honestly working for smaller businesses can be frustrating because they want to micro manage. Rather find people who will let you do what you do.

Please do more of these 1h+ videos of just going over some thoughts and bullet points. It's super nice to watch and you cover multiple important points. I see a lot of commonalities between your principles and Alex Hormozi's (big fan of both), and his long raw videos are insanely valuable. Also, if you had these videos on Spotify it would make it much easier to consume. I usually just like to listen and I don't have a premium YT subscription so I have to keep my phone unlocked inside my pocket to watch these videos which can be a bit tough 😂 just an idea!
