Biggest thing to remember is CEO's are people too, and oftentimes are actually more clueless to the intricacies of the company as other corporate officials. They often don't have the most technical background either. In some ways you can have a more down to earth, honest, and simple conversation when selling to them. Don't stress out, believe in your product, and see what happens. Don't freak out about " everything in my pitch has to be perfect". I say call them up and see what happens. 99% of the time you won't get them on the phone anyway.
