I usually share a one-sheeter PDF first to get a brand or potential partner on the phone. On the call is where I’ll share the deck (w/ an NDA if necessary lol). Love the note about leaning towards THEIR brand if that’s appropriate. Nuances >

Thank you! It depends on what you are looking to accomplish/the size of the project but they should be as concise as possible. There's a rule of thumb called 10-20-30 which means 10 slides, 20 min presentation, 30pt font, so something around there or smaller/shorter should do the trick! If you win the project, you'll have other opportunities for longer proposals lol.
