Good morning, Could you explain how you linked all the files into the spreadsheet? I have a Google sheet with all my names and email addresses sorted in alphabetical order and I have a folder in Google drive with all the Certificates that I need to send out to the recipients. They are also sorted alphabetically. I feel like I'm missing a step. I struggled with this about 6 months ago and never received a reply from you.

There is no need to link the files. It picks them up from Google Drive according to the spreadsheet. The naming of the files needs to be numerical only as shown in the video.

Marc, did you ever get this figured out?? I have the exact same question. I am close but feel I am missing one piece. In my spreadsheet I have names in alphabetical order. Would I have to rename the PDF's?? Hoping the answer is no on that. I don't think I can just number the PDF's, as I need them listed by name. LMK if you know. Thanks.

No, you can use the same name down the Google Sheet column. Or, just attach the file to the Gmail Compose, and do a campaign to the 4 people. Sounds like you don't need personalized attachments.
