Jo Jo, you say to go in to network and write down your IP address, and then later you say to go into easy fire tools and input your firestick IP address. I don't see a fire stick IP address under Network.

I'm assuming your firestick is connected to your Wi-Fi so once you go into your settings and then you go into device you're going to scroll down to network and then you're going to see where it says SSID that's your Wi-Fi name and then right under it you going to see IP address and then you're going to see numbers that is your IP address the only reason why you see nothing on the screen of the video is because I had a black it out because I can't put out my personal IP address

Usually it can be 9 or more for the IP address for example 199.324.3.21 and you using your IP address and not your gateway address sorry for the questions I'm just trying to help troubleshoot what's going on
