Great video. Thank you for this! I just started a small business & would much prefer to accept digi-sigs for simplicity, but I only need to send a couple a month max right now & there is no way I'm paying $25/month to do that with some other companies. for $25/month I'd literally just mail them.

I do not get the concept yet, what if someone make a contract with both have to give signature on it. and one of them delete the file when something on the contract goes wrong. How to prove if he has been sending/receiving the file ?

Hey Richie, I am Jose Matteew, Answering your question, your concern is valid. There are two type of signatures E signature and digital signatures Esignatures are just an acknowledgement that document received and approved. Imagine this you send a document to your friend over EMAIL and asked him to send back with annotation at bottom of document as approval. This is a just a gesture of acknowledgement that he read the document and approved . The validity or trust is the EMAIL. The maximum trust for this is the authenticity of email and used for document which requires this level of authenticity and no more than that. Docusign is doing the same. Instead of email they ask sender and receiver to be on the platform, here the authenticity/trust changed from EMAIL to docusign platform. Here trust is on docsign platform. I feel this is an overhyped version and is equal to approval processes we handle over the email. I have observed many people sign from docusign and send over email. This is same as annotating & sending on email. Both cases trust is on email not annotation/ or sign from docusign.
