How To Service Carburetor? Solution For Every Carburetor Related Problem!

Servicing Ucal BS26 carburetor on Pulsar 135 motorcycle is pretty simple.
Carburetors are very similar in most of the motorcycles so process remains the same. Firstly petrol is used to clean the dust and major deposits, then alcohol is used to deeply clean the carburetor components.
Ideally carburetors should be cleaned and inspected for wear every 15,000 kilometers or when carburetor related issues arise as they rarely create sudden problems, unlike electronic parts like CDI.

I don't think any high temperature paint will work in that case, because engine paint is of much better quality than that of exhaust and it will be really tough to source tha particular paint in small quantity. You van try using black enamel or if you are okay with silver look, paint engine head silver with Asian Paints 3 Mangoes silver aluminum paint, which is heat resistance and more durable.

Engine warm hone pe agar RPM badh jaati hai toh check karo kahin aapka air fuel ratio improper na ho, aur thermal sensor ka resistance check karo kahin usmein koi fault na ho. Ispe baadmein video bana doonga.

Japanese parts imported hote hai, aur uspe sarkaari tax bhi lagta hai isiliye itna mahenga ho jaata hai. Main isi karan se Bajaj prefer karta hoon motorcycles mein, Japanese bikes mein kuch aisa special nahi hai ab kyonki quality more or less same hi hai, but spare parts bohot zyaada mehenge hai. Vo alag baat hai high end motorcycles mein Japanese hi best hai aur agar koi itna spend karta hai bike pe toh mehenge spares lena uske liye badi baat nahi hogi.
