Great video as always. Also a small suggestion would be using surgeon's gloves. You may find them at your local medicine stores for as low as 10rs per pair. It'll help you have a better grip on the components. Thanks! 😇

I do have heavy duty gloves but the problem is most of the times I have to handle the camera and frequently taking off and on the rubber gloves is not easy (read time consuming) hence I use these disposable gloves, I hope I was able to explain my situation. Thanks a lot for valuing the video 😊

Unless the fuel quality is really bad you can maintain a 10000km cleaning interval (can be extended if you are not facing any serious issues). Thanks a lot Deepak for valuing the information, means a lot to me 😊

The motorcycle was suffering from cold starts and pick up issues (jerky throttle response), it's been a month and now everything is super smooth plus the fuel efficiency has improved.

Thanks 😊 The motorcycle earlier had cold starts issues plus it use to give a jerky/snatchy throttle response after 3000 RPM which is completely gone now 😊

Now i am struggling for the idle RPM setting. currently i put 2 and half turns out but still doesn't satisfy me. i am unable to find the right settings. could you suggest me on tuning of the carb. note: Its Karizma July 2003 motor (1st lot).

Cleaning carburettor is recommended ? Many of the service men in the service centre says that removing and cleaning is not necessary for these bikes ( i have rtr 200 )

Hey, can you tell what is the function of breather hose. The one on mine (200 4v) is broken. Mechanic at workshop says it doesn't really serve a function but i belive if it was useless it wouldn't be there. Manufacturer ensure removing anything which is not needed .

Hello bro...I got a question for you...I have splendor pro..well ridden 30,000 km...but somehow it is making some weird noises from the engine...the mechanic says that need to change the timing chain...can we tighten up the spring on which the timing chain relies ...what can we do instead of changing the chain ?? Answer please...

Hi Ronak, Ask your mechanic to check if the timing is ok. Better get the timing chain replaced (peace of mind).

Hi Sportstourer, appreciate your videos. My question to you is, if you were choose only ONE between RTR 200 2.0 abs and rr310, for your usage with mix of City and highway in ration 65:35 , which one would you pick? Am torn between them, heart says 310 and mind says 200.

If the use is 65:35 for the city & highway then the RTR 200 ABS will be my pick. Still it's very hard to ignore the RR for what it offers. The RR is manageable in the city but not enjoyable in dense traffic. How is the traffic condition on your commute route?

Hi Sportstourer, As you have used Apache RTR 200 4v quite a lot, I have a query regarding its tyre. Can a 140mm tyre be fit on rear as the stock Remora is of 130mm? Will increasing tyre size requires removing chain cover and tyre hugger in Apache? Thanks
