Great video! Really helpful… question… do you think you should wash down the engine Bay Area after a salt ride? You referenced salt deposits on the spark in the video… is this due to lack of washing down? The concern I have however if you are to wash down the engine bay is with the limited access it’s hard to near impossible to ensure the other side of the engine bay is dried after washing down… yeh I understand you can spray xps lube and leave the engine hatch open for water to evaporate but it feels like spraying water into a virtually dry engine compartment is likely to promote more rust from the excess water from washing down vs the limited amount of potential salt water that could find its way into the engine on a salt ride Finally after every salt ride I have never seen water in the engine bay and can’t understand how water would get in inside.. the only answer I found online is the salt content in the air that gets into the engine bay vs salt water it’s self? Any help would be ace

@@IrelandsAtlanticAdventures Thanks! I'd prefer not to use canned propellant film if possible when i get a ski, but if it's the only appropriate choice then i guess I'm stuck.

Seams like you already disconnected the steering cable and wire harness before you started.

That’s what I was wondering, how do you connect the steering wheel back? Any cables or connectors that need to go in certain way? From the video it seems you just let it sit on top and just bolt on the body?

Hey fellas, I’m having an issue with my IBR system. It beeps either when I start my Seadoo Spark or if it doesn’t do straight away, it happens after engaging the neutral or reverse. I wondered if you have come across this issue and if you might know how to fix it. I’m picking it might be related to battery (don’t know). What are your thoughts? Best regards. Marcel
