Create good habits without having a goal it will not take you anywhere, set a goal and be consistent with your habits and you will see how your life will begin to change. Nothing changes if nothing changes🙏

I appreciate Dr Butkman's definition of a goal as 'any desired outcome that wouldn't otherwise happen without you doing something'. If you think about the word 'goal' by itself, it can be very loaded and yet vague. But by breaking it down as an "outcome" that won't happen without you doing something, can empower you to start taking some sort of action!

29:43 so are u saying say i have a goal i think i want. Then i need to ask myself why do i want this? And how can i obtain this? And if I can answer these 2. Then i should pursue that goal and if i cannot then it is not a lofty goal that i would be able to achieve due to the science backed research?

When you tell people you admire about your goal, they will help you by reminding you each time what you did about your goal. This would encourage you to carry on even the difficulties you may encounter in this journey.

I wish I could set.Goals.Nearly 65 years of my life.All I done is hit brick walls.Failed marriage.After 5weeks.Not my faught.Lost my job after 25 years.Because of a scum bag boss.And people trying to rip me off.What a great life.i have had.I don't trust women.I live a lonely life.Been single for 25 years.
