Yikes! I am a diy-er so this hit me between the eyes. The reason I was watching this video is because I recently said "no" to a friend who asked me for a big favor. I was proud of myself because I wasn't codependent and had boundaries. She felt entitled to the favor although she's never done me any favors and lives out of town. I do think I should learn to ask for more help around my house but in this situation with my friend, I think I did the right thing.

i wish I were invited to a party or nice gathering. I am never invited anywhere. So I do not have thàt boundary problem with that situation. Asking for help??? Nobody wants to help, unless you pay them!! That is my experience in Antwerpen.
