hello.. are you sure you can use DC 12volts for power supply? i think no need to replace you need to buy again..

I used 12VDC. But I accidentally switched the polarity when connecting. I ordered a new one but I would like to repair this one and I can't find information on the internet for this chip. If anyone knows what it is and if there is a replacement for it, please help me. I would be thankful.

The IC has the marking 591N6, but there is no information on the Internet. It is located on the output part 12VDC.

check the input voltage, if 12volts.make sure you input regukated 12volts.

you mean your motor not work with your adpator..what voltage your motor 220v or 12v dc? if tour motor is 12v no need adaptor for the motor.you need more high amp power supply for your thermostat..like DC 12 power supply 15amps..all connection like heater and motor is connected from output terminal from thermostat.
