I have a question regarding the triple constrain model. The presentor mentioned that if one tries to reduce the cost without changing the scope, it would probably take more time. How does the increase of time reduces the Cost? My assumption is that fixed scope needs certain amount of man-hours which is proportional to Cost. Increasing the time means we allocate smaller number of engineers, but given man-hours for the scope fixed, we get to the same Cost for the work. Can someone give an example where we can decrease the cost while increasing the time without changing the scope?

A possible explanation would be - replacing the resources with lesser skilled resource which will reduce the cost but will increase the time.

I DON'T KNOW MAN. i don't know what they talking about this is things you should already doing in life.... i know when plane takes off it should land. come on :) i know it's better to meet stakeholders rather then text them about serious things. i know somethings can change during whatever you do :D like what is useful from this? i'm lost :)

what should i write down where i can use math, hard logic, energy. what formulas where the formulas. i have been managing lot of things but i'm not a Project Manager. what is Project Management ? :D I GUESS ONLY PRACTICE WILL SHOW.
