Do you know how I can turn on voice guidance for GPS

Is there a way to mute the sat nav? If you turn the volume right down it still cuts the audio/radio when approaching junctions and etc. The volume is just low and not off

you can turn the volume of the sat nav down while its giving instructions,

But it doesn't mute the audio so the radio cuts out when the sat nav gives instructions, even though you now can't hear it as the volume is right down.
