@anand dova it could be hardware problem you can visit the nearest store and technician will take care of the issue... i don't know how old is your watch if it is one year old the repair will comes under warranty otherwise you should pay.

About Volume it is definitely wake you up... the alarm sound is enough... and pros are it is very stylish and useful to have alarm and timer, it has date and year along with day in digital format... so no need to see calendar... about corns : the main problem is setting time and alarms are very difficult... have to spend time and brain...😂😂😂... it is bit heavy in weight so you can check when you buy...

Please click on left bottom Mode button, you will see 00 in time display area and you will also see the small volume type button icon on the display ... then you have to click the right top button to set alarm time. you will see small ' AM ' letters on that display ... that's it the alarm now works in your watch.
