How to set up a Bush-Whacker flex-wing brush cutter

Great video. Can you share proper servicing. The owners manual recommends filling up gearbox up to plug on back of gearbox. Well the front gearbox has two plugs. Which do you recommend I fill it up to? Also can you recommend a cotton picker spindle grease?

Proper servicing would include to make sure blades are tightened to 350Ft Lbs torque. Grease all grease points (drivelines, wing hinges, hubs, etc). Inspect stump jumpers. Check hydraulic hoses and fittings for excessive wear or leaks. The gearbox grease should be filled to midway on the input shaft on each box. Important to remember that if you overfill the box it will spew grease out of the plug until the grease gets to comfortable level. You can order grease through one of our dealers. It is double ought grease or “00 weight”.
