Thanks for the video. My dataset is not refreshing because of "InvalidConnectionCredentials" error when I use my windows authentication and tick the Skip test connection. I am confident that my windows user and password are entered correctly but not sure why my data source is not refreshing. When I untick the Skip test connection it does not save the new changes. What should I do?

getting an error when I use my windows credentials "Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . I have a dataset stored in a PostgreSQL database and have successfully created a Power BI dashboard. However, I am encountering challenges while setting up the gateway in the Power BI service. The issue arises due to an additional layer of security in the form of a VPN that we use to access the database. Hi, i am starting from scratch and i don't have any reports or dashboard yet. I have installed the power bi gateway where the sql server lives. When i go back to the power BI service i am unable to see any gateway options. I have used the same username and pw to login as my power bi logins when installing the gateway on the server machine. Any idea what may be the issue i am getting?

According to this tutorial, we need to install gateway on virtual machine which is always on where we can get data sources as well.
