Hi! The thermal printers that our system supports do not require to be connected to a laptop. Thermal printers can be connected to your router via Ethernet cable or WiFi. Please contact our support team at contact@gloriafood.com for the full list of thermal printers.

Please add more font size options in the templates. 18 px is too small :(

STAY CLEAR of this company. I'm web developer who has worked with this platform for a few years. Every year this system gets worse and worse, and they will hold the money from purchases through their system and refuse to pay you. This has happened to DOZENS of clients of mine. This company is located somewhere in Romania and you will never be able to reach anyone at their office because they don't have phone number. I've filed complaints against this company with the BBB, the FTC and the Attorney General's office
