Bought this as an upgrade to my 13yr old motorhome which is internally wired with coax cable. This tv does not seem to like cable coax from a satellite dish network. is there a device that will convert coax to hdmi signal? Am I correct, that the antenna port is only for over the air cable and not for cable from a Wally?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Coax connected cable should work as well. Both antenna and cable use coax, but it depends on Tv models. Some TVs will stop the scan at antenna only. They will not read the dish. Before buying any extra device, try to scan again for available cable channels. Change the source on your TV to TV using remote. Use the directional pad or arrow buttons on your remote to select Settings. Select Broadcasting, and then select Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select Both Air and Cable That's a smart question, yes you can get coax to HDMI adaptor. Be careful when you order this device online, read details and check the pictures because coax port used in Europe is not the same as in North America and so on. Check pictures carefully before ordering in case it still doesn't work for you. These Coax to Hdmi adaptors will cost between $70 to $160. You might find cheaper as well. Coax to HDMI Converter or Modulator

Hi, yes a wired connection is more reliable and it's recommended if your remote is not close to your TV or devices. An Ethernet connection is much more secure than a WiFi connection. Data on an Ethernet network can only be accessed by physically attaching a device to the network, while data on a WiFi network travels through the air and can be more easily intercepted

Hi Attar, Samsung has a built -in channel store, only some very recent Samsung TVs have a web browser to install KZbin or other APK apps. You cannot have KZbin in Samsung because it doesn't have Play store or a web browser like Android. You can only install apps preprogrammed by Samsung.

Hi, you can't get KZbin on Smart Hub because there is no Play Store and web browser. There is a web browser but it doesn't lead anywhere to get APK files.

What do you mean by key code. If you're talking about the 4 digits, it's a 0000, there is no other code unless you have you set one for your apps.

Hi Cathy, go to settings and find hidden access points or networks. Taps that, you will find available wifi network connections. If you still can't find your wifi, connect an ethernet cable to your TV, let update your TV for a few minutes, reboot your TV and try to find your network.

@@AmZeeel Thanks for responding! Do you mean connect the tV to the router hard wire? I have the tv in my bedroom, not next to the router in the living room. I'm not a techy person so sorry if that is a dumb question :-(

@@AmZeeel Ok I brought the TV out to the router and plugged in with ethernet. The hard wire connection worked. I updated the software and smarthub. Then I tried wireless. Doesn't work :-(. I don't see a menu option for find hidden access points or networks? Could I use my smart phone to give the tv access to the internet?
