Can other entities other than Alerton service the Accent Control Module (ACM) product line? Would the owner be able to make programming changes from a Honeywell Niagara server to the Alerton ACM controller. Do these programming changes include integration of other software based applications such as Visio?

We are Attempting to integrate a Visio Floor plan into Niagara Tridium to access links to other interfaces. Alerton programmers say this is possible by creating a custom station. Is this possible to have a linked floor plan with station protocols?

Hey! Great videos, is one of those drop downs when adding a device available to bring in say an older NAE55? When I bring in points from an NAE to my N4 server (4.11) all I get is point names that are nonsense, like xxxxx.ao21 etc. Nothing useful at all. Note: I am using the vykon brand of WB, I do use the older FX workbench for my old FX60 JACEs. Thanks!

I would check the naming convention of how they appear directly in the nae. Spaces and some characters will do that when pulled in.
