Great video! I’m having an issue where I can discover the NAE from the JACE, but my NAE doesn’t see the JACE. BACnet routing is enabled on the NAE. Could you possibly show a screenshot of the configuration setup for the JACE? I’m particularly interested in the IP network ID and device ID settings to ensure the JACE can communicate with the NAE. Thanks!

There are a few things to check. Can you browse to the Jace from another location? If not, check the network policies of the company where it is installed. We have the IP address reserved using the Mac ID of the device we're installing and then set the device to DHCP enable.

I have created an export table and pulled the points into Metasys. We are having an issue where the Jace is refresh the data accurately but it’s lagging on the Metasys server. How do I get Metasys to refresh as fast as the Jace? Also thanks for the video.

That's a big challenge because some of the things that can affect it is the network traffic and data being used by the system.
