I have this table and a little 3 month old Mediteranian Hermann tortoise called Charlie and she loves it! Very active, thrown a few washed pebbles from the garden, a bit of wood and semi circle piece of bark!

if its a heat only bulb it will be best to go for around 75W in most cases, depends on how high you want to mount it, and 13W 10.0 for a UVB only bulb. however if you want one that can do both, you can do with the 70/80W options if you mount it close enoch, but the 100-160W options can also be used, if you want to mount it higher. it will in any case be a good idea to measure the temperature in the heating area. it actually depends on what temperature your tortoise like to bask at. it can be between 35-55 degrees Celsius. the best case will be if the heating area has a lot of opportunity to bask in different spots, so the tortoise can decide for itself if it want to bask in 55 degrees or 45 degrees or 35 degrees. and the cold end of your tortoises home should be at max 25 degrees Celsius, it will be ideal, if the tortoise has the opportunity to find a spot with around 15 degrees Celsius.

I don’t really like setups such as tortoise tables they are not suitable for any tortoise species after the age of 2. Also it needs uvb or you tortoise will be deformed. Basically don’t use this for a tortoise

they actually don't overeat, the only problem can be if they don't get enough exercise, therefore it is very important to have a big living area for them to take long walks around in. but if they can do what they want, it is actually way best to feed them every day with around their own body mass of food. if they do not exercise enough they will get bags of fat on their legs. however pyramiding comes from wrong feeding, mostly too much protein, but generally it is very important to keep it away from high protein, fat, carbonate inclusive sugar and plants sprayed with stuff you don't know about (plants from supermarkets) (ecological can sometimes be used)
