When you plug this TPMS into the car's lighter socket, it can read the voltage of the 12V electrical system since the lighter socket connects directly to the 12V battery. By measuring this voltage, the TPMS gives you real-time insights into the battery's current charge level such as: A healthy car battery typically reads around 12.6-12.8 volts when the car is off. A voltage reading below 12.4 volts often suggests a partially discharged battery. Readings below 12.0 volts may indicate a battery in need of recharging or replacement.

What is the temperature sensor measuring? I don't see how the air temps inside it is important? Can you remove that display?

Hey the temp sensor is showing the temp of the tyre, I dont think you can remove this sorry.

Hey the batteries in the sensors are quote easy to replace, just remove the sensor from the car and you will need the little wrench that comes with the kit to undo the sensor, it just screws off and there will be a button battery inside. If the sensor has been on the vehicle for some time it might take a bit of force to undo

This is cool but how much does the sensor weigh?? Unless this is only made for 4WDs Even if it only weighed 10g, at 200kmhr it will weigh 13kg. There's no way it won't rip the valve stem apart?
