Hi Carlos, I'm afraid I don't understand how to setup an admin console. Am I supposed to be setting up an admin account using one of my personal gmail accounts? Because when I tried to log into admin via one of my personal gmail accounts it didn't work. Do I have to create a whole new google account (with a new gmail address?)

Hi Kristina, the admin console is only available in Google Workspace, it is not available on free Gmail accounts :(

Hi Landrail, I suggest you to access the Google Admin panel and check the status of your alias. You will need to access Manage User, then select the user and you will need to click "User information". There you can check the alias for that user. Hope it helps.
