Hi there! Neon colors can't really be printed by CMYK unfortunately. It would require a special ink for neon colors. Just like how they have regular markers/crayons and then neon ones. Be sure to follow my channel DTG boss as well!

Yeah the updates changed some things. Hit Ctrl + Alt + S and it should give you the option.

Very good question to ask! It would make sense to print in CMYK but I have always done everything in RGB since .PNG files don't support CMYK. I honestly have had better prints with the .PNG files than anything else so far. Getting a transparent background compatible with a file type that also supports CMYK has been quite the challenge and getting the RIP software to recognize it properly as well. For now, .PNG files ftw.

Hey you need a ripping software in order to send the graphics to a DTG printer. Most DTG printers come with the software :)

Hi Kourtney! You definitely want to use the RIP software recommended by the printer manufacturer. Or a RIP software that is designed for the printer. At least to my knowledge thus far.

Hi Shameka! You should be able to open the print file from your Ripping software. From within the Ripping software you will be able to set it up for sending to the printer :)

My biggest problem is figuring out how to make my printer print the colors it’s supposed to. For the life of me I can’t. Example , I’ll have a logo that looks great on screen but prints out of completely off colors . Creams look yellow, navy looks royal etc. can’t find a tutorial to help me . I know I’m doing something wrong because when I buy one images online , they print perfect but when I create a file and save as png .. never looks right :(. I have a DRF printer
