Thanks Russ. I must say I have never risked having class 9 trains up to 3 hours late! I tend to use the bottom right ALL/ALL cell, which fill all the other cells with the same figure, such as 30% of trains averaging 20 mins, and then tweaking a few of the cells, such as class 0 appearing from sheds. The entering of numbers is also non-intuitive, rather different from Excel, for example, and can be frustrating. I enjoy putting on substantial degree of lateness, but be warned that long delays (or a failed loco) can result in a second version of the same loco appearing before its previous working is complete, thus unrealistically having duplicate versions of the same loco simultaneously on the panel. I have reported this in the forum a couple of times over a period of years and asked if the software can be modified to prevent this happening. John has acknowledged this as 'a useful feature' and has said that it is on the list for possible future development There can also be a problem in that the order in which locos exit sidings or sheds appears to be fixed in some cases, so a late running loco can hold up following locos. This is a pity, since it is unrealistic most of the time, given that there might be situations in practice which would cause it, for example if a loco was to fail and block exit from the sidings. Here are links to a couple of my posts on these topics groups.io/g/pcrail/message/1923?p=%2C%2C%2C20%2C0%2C0%2C0%3A%3Acreated%2C0%2CLlandudno%2C20%2C2%2C0%2C89698999 groups.io/g/pcrail/topic/80376788#1025 Peter

Thankyou for your comments. They do make interesting reading and I take your point about Loco's coming off shed too early and getting in the way and also being a duplicate loco. I would therefore advise caution using a high figure for late train running especially when loco changes are required. Thanks.
