Brandon, I have created a template in one note which is working great. The problem I have is when I cut and paste a snip or picture into my template and then remove it to up-date the snip the One note template does note snap back to its original template shape. Is there a setting I can use to have my template snap back to original configuration after removing pictures and making changes?

How do I move all of my notes from the old "Onenote for Windows 10" to the new "Onenote"? 🤔

So if you are using the same onenote account and you are syncing your notebooks to the cloud, you should be able to sign into onenote on your new onenote and then choose open notebooks. You will have the option to open notebooks.
