I got mine yesterday but the water is not dispensing. I heard the motor turn on and the water start pumping. The led lights turn on showing it’s cooling/heading the water when I flipped the switches on the back but nothing comes out. It’s been more than 8 hrs since I plugged it in.

Just bought it. Set it up yesterday, but the water is not cooling.

It should be cooling - the only time it doesn't is if either the cooling switch on the back isn't turned on (the green switch) or if the water bottle is essentially empty and it isn't pulling new water anymore. It takes an hour or so to cool and needs to be 4 or so inches from the wall for the fan, etc to work effectively. If it still isn't working at that point, I'd contact Primo directly to have them troubleshoot further!
