Wishing you and your family a very Happy and Prosperous Vishnu. Your Vishnu kanji arrangement is very similar to what I do. What you said is true there is no hard and fast rule for what fruits and vegetables to keep for kani especially when you live outside India. love the Forsythia . I have a kani konna tree in my garden but blooms in our spring around September 😂

Any fertilizer would do but don’t fertilize in winter as they are dormant. Once weather is warmer you can fertilize.
