Hey Jonny, good luck with the new channel. Great info.. one thing you may want to remember, when you build an email nurture workflow, a good practice is to add the "drip" step as the first step before the very first email. I learned this the hard way. It doesn't automatically drip the emails when it's set up on a workflow and you don't get the reminder like you do when you start the workflow using the robot icon.

Thanks for sharing that Adam, that is a great idea! Depending on the use case of the automation and how you add people to it that can be very helpful. In the video here (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnXKoJemZ9mce8ksi=-WH8CFiefSF5uS6z&t=159) I do also share how to bulk add leads to a workflow properly from the contacts/ CRM view, and yes when you add hundreds of leads to an email campaign you should definitely add them in drip mode to keep a good sending reputation ;)

Once I was faced with the software it was very confusing and I didn't really know how to work my way around it. But ever since I found your videos it has really helped me understand how everything works. I have all the knowledge now but I'm just testing everything before I start selling the services to potential clients But once again thankyou very much, keep up the good work

Thanks for this great tutorial. Let me ask you this: you have "stop on response", turned on, but what happens if the response was a simple "thank you"? How do you put them back in to the sequence starting from where they were before? Thanks in advance.

When someone reply to my email aumation where it goes? I can not see them in the conversation tab. I am using the custom domain email in GHL! Please help me on this

It should land in the conversations tab under unread. But there is a setting on the workflows where you can enable to auto mark all replies as read. So if you have that toggle on, then it might be under the all tab in the conversations tab ;) Let me know if that helped. Please help! I successfully purchased a WordPress site in my sub-account, but in the agency admin, I want to add balance to my wallet to purchase a USA phone number. The code was successful, but in the end, it said, 'Your card doesn't support this purchase. My card is visa.

Yeah not sure what the problem is. If it’s your agency I would contract official Highlevel support and create a ticket with them or jump on a zoom with them 🙌🏻 hope you figure it out! I would also try a different card.
