This is the first I've heard that the Libre 3 can be calibrated. Suppose to come "factory calibrated" and so is the Dexcom G6 and G7. G6 and G7 can be calibrated which it sometimes needs. But it can be calibrated instead of being switched out. Also regarding Dexcom going with incorrect high readings if taking acetaminophen (Tylenol), that issue was corrected with the G6 and G7. Found this: The Dexcom G6 and G7 CGM Systems, you can take a standard or maximum acetaminophen dose of 1 gram (1,000 mg) every 6 hours and still use the sensor readings to make treatment decisions. In previous generations of Dexcom CGM systems (G4/G5), acetaminophen could affect your sensor readings, making them look higher than they really were. There are no reports of Ibuprofen interference with Dexcom CGM. FYI

Love my Libre 3. It does update every minute. When I first got I'd leave my screen on and watch ìt change. MIne tends to show a little low first 12 hours. I've learned that if I put it on 12 to 15 hours ahead, I usually get pretty accurate numbers at the start.

I put my Dexcom on 12 hours ahead of time too as I usually will show inaccurate low readings during the first 12

My libre 3 sugars are always off for about the first 12 hours, so manual check my sugars until it settles out, then fine for the rest of the 14 days.

Fl3 updates every minute and the first 12 to 24 hours can be wonky.

You were supposed to insert on your arm and then scan.
