I received my flex wallet today but the seal stickers of the box have been already cut. I tried to contact support. Is the wallet still safe?? I thought buy a wallet would be safe and now I’m scared to use it ☹️

That happened to me with dcent wallet. Some in transit opened it completely up and broke the tamper seals . I had to send it back and replaced it for me and the replacement was was all good.

@@Ledger Our issue is not if the wallet is genuine but is the wallet compromised. When a customer buy your product it’s to safely manage his crypto. If he starts to question security of the device as soon as the device is received, the device become waste of money and time : the opposite of customer’s purpose!!!! The wallet cost is about 250€, the Ledger purpose is on security : the customers shouldn’t have to question themselves on the security of the de vice. Come on please make your seal tamper reliable!!

I’m not ledger but as long as you have the seed phrase belonging to the accounts, you are good. The physical ledger device is not what stores your crypto, it’s just a set of keys. Your seed phrase basically puts your keys on the edger device
