I have been waiting for two months for my Loona to be delivered and all email to your company get the same response “it is being tracked”. What does it take to get a real person to answer with real information?

did you use Android or iphone? I had problem connecting wifi with Samsung but no problem with iPhone

I can't either, just won't connect during the connection process with all the settings it needs... I rebooted all my devices as well hoping it was just a bug. May need to return it to Loona..

I had to fully charge my Loona before it connected. I was having issues when it wasn’t 100% charged.
