The fact that caine added the fudge who destroyed most of the candy kingdom, and that the gummygators have a bit of a tragic yet very admirable reason for stealing the syrup, makes me think that the original plan was for the team to make a choice between sparing the gators in favor of destroying candy kingdom by letting in the fudge inside, or taking the syrup from the gators anyway and leaving their mom ill until she died. And that the game just glitched out so bad that they were able to do both in one fell swoop.

24:04 Interesting points about this moment. - Jax is the only circus member who isn't seen grabbing Pomni's hand. It's not really surprising considering his actions towards her in this episode, so it's no wonder why Pomni wouldn't think he has her back. - It's hard to make out due to his lack of arms, but Kinger is among those grabbing Pomni's hand too, as you can vaguely see his white glove. I like that in spite of his ineptness, Pomni still believes he has her best interest in mind, especially considering he's made two (albeit failed) attempts to rescue her during the chase scene. - Although Ragatha, Gangle, Kinger, and Zooble ALL grab onto Pomni's hand, It's Ragatha's hand who Pomni grabs onto. I think it's fitting because Ragatha has been extremely supportive of Pomni ever since she's arrived. Doing her best to make her feel welcome, checking up on her in the morning to see if she's okay, and expressing concern when she's put in danger. By the end of this episode, I think Pomni realizes she's taken Ragatha's kindness for granted, so I'm glad we have some implication that Pomni trusts her the most.

I keep noticing something through this entire episode that I've re-watched a few times. Caine is always making sure his "cane" is in his hands at nearly all times. Every time he's let go of it, you can see him looking at it quickly before snatching it back into his hand. I feel like the cane is a source of power, or an admin tool, or even a key to the way out. And something also tells me that caine isnt actually an NPC or an AI but an actual player or the company owner who has the admin role. And the "A" in the C&A logo from the 1st episode, could actually be Pomni's real name. But maybe caine wanted all the control to the company n such and.... I dunno there's still so many unanswered questions about this whole show that I am SO excited to see come to light! Love this series already!

I hate how Gummigoo just perished so quickly, but at least it was quick and he didn’t know what was coming for him! You know it’s good writing when the show isn’t consistently relying on shock horror as humor. You can tell some of the lines are foreshadowing for what’s to come, such as Ragatha saying Caine does like to reuse NPCs. This won’t be the last time we’ll be seeing him, but hopefully he’ll be okay next time.

Jax is DEFINITELY the most bothered by the Abstracting. The only two times he stopped being snarky in episode one was talking about Kinger being 'crazy' and when Pomni was on the verge of an 'episode' after Ragatha talked about 'keeping distracted', and here, he went through a few expressions when Kofmo's abstraction 'funeral' came up, which he was the only one absent. I think the idea of 'Abstracting' terrifies Jax even more than Pomni.

20:54 I don’t think most people understood this but he was disappointed and mad because the adventure wasn’t distracting enough for him, usually (from experience) if theres something that someone is trying to avoid, they usually distract themselves with something for a long time and cover it up to avoid thinking about it, so if that distraction ends or wasn’t long enough, it can get frustrating and remind you of your problems all over again. Gummigoo gave me an interesting thought. I know he's an NPC, but think about what Caine said at the end there. "If i loose track of who's an AI and who's a human". Imagine a person getting stuck in the Circus, but instead of spawning in the Circus itself, they accidentally spawned inside one of Caine's adventures, and he mistook them for an NPC because they didn't enter the Circus properly?

Either that, or Caine must of gotten an existential crisis during the early history of the existence digital circus. I have a theory on what bubble could of said. So bubble is practically his own entity that is only affected by being popped and is brought back shortly after. Caine has the most control in the game as he runs the show. Bubble keeps being around caine and when bubble was censored with beeps and caine was shocked saying "you cant say that" My theory was bubble was trying to give spoilers to future episodes or possibly secrets about the door. Caine normally would have full grasp on what happens. So words alone I feel, isn't enough to get him like that.
